9 This spell calls forth the powers of the Abyss into the shape of a spear.
10 The tip of the spear will pierce into your target, lowering their fire

12 damage. The amount of fire resistance lowered is based on casters level and
13 fire skill. This spell has a negative modifier to fire resistance and does
14 not alter your targets resistance, only more susceptible for the spell.
